This 9" plate depicts the Capitol at Washington in the center with 4 scenes surrounding - Mount Vernon, the Executive Mansion, Congressional Library and the State, War and Navy Department building. The blues are quite intense and are not faded. Excellent condition. The maker was British Anchor, England (1950+) with the designation No. 8 Ye Olde Historical Pottery, Staffordshire.

This collector's plate includes a wire wall hanging unit on the back. It measures 7" across and is from Copenhagen Porcelain, made in Denmark. The title is "Christmas in Greenland". The picture is of a dog sled team heading out of the mountains towards a village in a valley, dated 1972. $18.00

This unique pickle dish was created by Carlton Ware of England in 1925 (according to its registry mark). It is in excellent condition. It is 10" long, 6" wide at the widest point and sits 2" high at the highest point. Collectors of the famous "Lettuce and Tomato" series would love this version of a small serving tray.

Blue Willow is one of the most popular patterns known to plate collectors. Versions of it were (and are) made by countless numbers of pottery/porcelain producers. However, grill plates are hard to find in good condition. This 11" heavy grill plate is in great condition - some crazing from being warmed in an oven. No cracks or chips. "Made in Japan" mark on the back.

This plate from the depression era is called "elegant glassware" because of the fine nature of the clear glass and the delicate etching on the underside. It was made by the New Martinsville Glass Co. (1936-39) on the Radiance Glass Pattern template with the Prelude Etching. It is in excellent condition and is 11.5" across. Although the colour is our photo is not clear, the glass is very clear crystal-like. $29.00
